Working Foreman (Carpentry Background) – Residential Refurbishment
Location: Belsize Park (NW3)
Hours: 8am – 5pm (Paid 8 hours)
Rate: £220-£240 per day

We’re looking for a hands-on Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join a full residential refurbishment project in Belsize Park (NW3). This is an ongoing position offering steady work for the right candidate, temp to perm opportunity available.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the team while overseeing daily site activities
Manage and coordinate labourers and trades on site
Liaise with directors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation
Contribute carpentry skills as needed throughout the project
Requirements:
Proven experience as a working foreman with a carpentry background
Competent across most aspects of residential refurb
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage time, people, and priorities on site
Relevant tickets/certifications are a bonus
