Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver midwifery curriculum that meets evolving sector needs.
* Support students on their professional journey and in clinical placements.
* Collaborate with external partners to align curriculum with industry standards.
* Contribute to the growth of the department’s research culture.
Qualifications
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Midwife.
* Master’s degree in a relevant field, or willingness to undertake one.
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCert or equivalent).
* Contemporary experience in midwifery practice.
* Commitment to evidence‑based, compassionate, and woman‑centred care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to support students in both academic and practice learning environments.
