Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Doncaster
Salary: Up to £26,500
Contract: Full Time - 3-month Fixed Term Contract
Working Structure: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
* Download payroll-related documentation from the Earnie payroll system
* Upload P60s and maintain payroll records in Workday HRIS
* Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and managers
* Support payroll processing during peak periods
* Monitor shared payroll inboxes and escalate queries where appropriate
* Maintain and update employee payroll information in Workday
* Provide administrative support for payroll projects as required
Skills & Experience
* Previous administrative or payroll support experience is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable using HR or payroll systems
* Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, responsive, and team-oriented
