About the Role:
Join our dedicated team providing premium home care for adults with physical & learning disabilities and the elderly. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, schedule carers efficiently, and support outstanding compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Coordinating daily communication between carers and clients
* Ensuring compliance with CIW standards & aiming for Outstanding inspections
* Efficiently scheduling visits – including accurate travel time planning
* Professionally answering calls and handling queries
* Keeping accurate records of caregivers, clients, and communication logs
* Reporting weekly KPIs to management
* Matching the right carers with the right clients and managing rotas
* Covering on-call duties and stepping in for care visits when needed
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a care or coordination role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced workload
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care
* Flexible and reliable, especially for on-call responsibilities
