Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex software projects within a SaaS environment. The Project Manager will work in the Change team, alongside Business Analysts, Software Developers and Testers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing multiple system change projects, prioritising competing demands and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across web‑based services. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive business value.
As attendance is required in the office, the successful applicant must be within commutable distance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a project team of approximately 20 people.
* Plan, document and oversee the delivery of quality assured solutions.
* Oversee resource allocation, project scheduling, budgets, risk management and delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards.
* Apply a proactive and hands-on leadership style and demonstrate a willingness to engage directly with project teams to identify issues, remove obstacles and ensure effective delivery, rather than operating solely at a managerial or oversight level.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across Origo and external clients to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables and priorities.
* Ensure high levels of communication, transparency and stakeholder engagement.
* Apply appropriate change control procedures.
* Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the team.
* Facilitate the transition from solution delivery to operational support by ensuring operational readiness.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the software development and SaaS delivery environment.
* Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading delivery teams.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, including external clients and senior management.
* Demonstrable ability to prioritise competing demands, manage dependencies and deliver under pressure.
* Clear delivery focus with a track record of successful, on-time, on-budget project outcomes.
* Proven ability to challenge and remove unnecessary barriers to change.
* Experience in the Financial Services industry - preferably with a working knowledge of the Life and Pensions and/or Fund Management sectors.
* Professional certification in project management and/or testing.
