Role location and working arrangement: Role title will be based at Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working. Salary: up to £80k, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Technical leadership of defined work packages
* Leading and mentoring project team members
* Managing requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
* Proving technical inputs to bidding activities
* Integration and production qualification activities
* Taking prototypes and developing them into products
* Work package generation

The skills you need
* Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
* If SE Membership and ASEP or CSEP qualifications encouraged
* Familiar with systems engineering best practice
* Proven experience with electrical design and product development
* Experience with combat systems / UK MOD Maritime Weapons Equipment
* Competence with requirements management tools such as DOORS NG is preferred
* Competence with SYSML management tools such as Rhapsody is preferred
