Responsibilities: Provide onsite technical support on a variety of devices and systems to assigned schools. Work with the Ark service desk to resolve issues reported to them. Offer proactive and practical advice on equipment that is reaching end of life or may need upgrading. Liaise onsite with third-party representatives, such as photocopier suppliers and visitor signing in system suppliers.
