We are actively looking to recruit a number of Independent Financial Advisers in our Farnborough hub.

Responsibilities
* You will be required to deliver high-quality, client-centric financial planning while building a sustainable and referral driven business.
* Develop trusted professional introducers and leverage both in-person and digital networking to create steady, scalable growth. Build long-term relationships based on trust, education, and measurable value. Gather, analyse, and document all information needed to provide financial advice in line with Fairstone standards.
* Maintain a high level of regular client contact, providing advice where required and ensuring a strong client service to complement the annual review service.
* Keeping up to date with changes that impact client’s financial situations, being able to interpret and provide appropriate guidance and advice.
Skills and Attributes
* Studying towards an Advanced diploma in Financial Planning
* Proficiency in delivering presentations
* Knowledge of financial markets and products
* Ability to identify the specific needs and requirements of a client
* Able to develop strategic relationships within the industry
* Be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
