Female Full-Time Waking Night Support Worker

Hours: 33 per weekSalary: £12.75 per hour | £13.75 (Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Job Scope:
Do you have a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs? Are you calm, compassionate, and reliableespecially during the night? This is an opportunity to work in a bespoke, high dependency supported living environment supporting adults with Autism, non-verbal communication, epilepsy, and mobility needs. As a Night Support Worker you will provide overnight care to three individuals with complex learning disabilities and autism. Stay alert and responsive throughout the night, deliver high levels of personal care and follow individual care plans, complete written records and documentation after each shift, promote dignity, choice, and safety in everything you do. You'll work within a structured and supportive environment that encourages therapeutic engagement, social inclusion, and a focus on independence.
Do you have?
* Experience with Makaton (non-verbal communication)
* Experience supporting epilepsy (buccal medication knowledge preferred)
* Ability to support people with high dependency needs and complex behaviours people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours described as challenging.
