As an Application Delivery Analyst, you will play a key role in leading our business applications throughout their lifecycle, including workflow/process automation, reservation /revenue management, CRM, finance, HR, maintenance, F&B and data/reporting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure applications are well designed, cost effective and that the required functionality and performance is available to achieve the desired business outcomes. You will do this by helping identify functional and non-functional requirements, assisting in design and deployment and by contributing to ongoing application improvements and support.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced self starter with a solid understanding of application technologies with experience of both insourced and outsourced support models. You will have demonstrable experience of identifying and leading application improvement initiatives with the ability to multi-task and manage a large and varied workload.
