Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint Level 3 Teaching Assistants for schools based in Birmingham, the successful candidate must hold an NCFE Cache qualification, or equivalent, or be working towards the qualification. Level 3 Teaching Assistant required for Nursery and Primary SchoolsAs a successful candidate, you will have a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education, Support in Teaching and Learning or equivalent, and have significant experience working with young children in an education setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with both children and their families to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
