£50K per year (incl. Tronc) plus additional tips & company benefits.
Full‑time position. Sundays & Mondays off. Works late‑night Thursday to Saturday; final shift typically 2‑3am.

Your Role
As Decimo Bar Manager you will lead an exceptional bar team, providing extensive drinks service across the lounge bar and restaurant. You will actively engage in service, train and develop the team, and improve the guest experience. You will mix and create a range of signature cocktails, prepare classics, stay up‑to‑date with London bar trends, and add personality and theatre to the guests’ experience.
You will collaborate with the Beverage Management team to develop new signature drinks and cocktails for the menus and special events. Additional duties include staff rotas, recruitment, learning and development, and implementing Health & Safety policies and compliance practices. You will host the bar, welcome guests, thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high‑energy environment.
Do you have what it takes?
Prior experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager is essential. You must have an uncompromised flair for service, build genuine relationships with guests, and possess these attributes:
* Experience in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel or destination cocktail bar
* Confident mixologist with proven knowledge of spirits & wines, well‑versed in classic and contemporary cocktails
* Experience across a range of management disciplines
* Highly social, motivated and proactive; professional and positive in all interactions
* Experience with cocktail prep, opening, closing, requisitions, stocktake, and bar compliance
* Prior experience with Birchstreet, Fourth HR, and Sevenrooms is advantageous (full training will be provided)
* Full‑time availability with a flexible approach to working hours, including late‑night Thursday‑Saturday, 2‑3am finish
