Job Responsibilities:
* Reviewing invoices in line with case details
* Auditing provider invoices in line with Healix reasonable & customary rates (where appropriate)
* Negotiating discounts where possible, and referring to Team Leader/Manager for guidance on appropriate actions
* Handling all provider payment queries in line with agreed service standards, member benefit limits, and policy terms and conditions
* Dealing with provider queries or requests related to payment issues or outstanding payments
Requirements:
* Excellent IT skills
* Confident communicator
* Problem-solving skills
* Experience in Underwriting or Insurance
