What you'll be doing
As a 360 Consultant at PropRec Search, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across your chosen financial services specialism:
🔹 Building and developing client relationships through targeted business development
🔹 Taking detailed briefs and partnering closely with senior stakeholders
🔹 Conducting thorough market mapping and headhunting across the UK and international markets
🔹 Managing end-to-end search processes — from briefing through to offer and onboarding
🔹 Representing PropRec as a credible, specialist voice in your market
🔹 Contributing to the firm's reputation for quality, discretion, and sector expertise
What we're looking for;
* 3–5 years' recruitment experience, ideally within financial services or a related professional market
* Proven 360 billing history — comfortable with both BD and delivery
* A consultative, relationship-led approach to clients and candidates
* Strong communication skills and the gravitas to engage at senior level
* A self-starter mentality with the drive to build and own your market
* Experience working on retained or exclusive mandates is a bonus
