Key role responsibilities/duties for a Wellbeing Assistant:
1. Assist in the delivery of a varied range of social/recreational activities for all residents that meet their needs and reflect their interests.
2. Encourage, motivate, and support residents to participate in the social/recreational activities provided within the Care Centre.
3. Provide an appropriate level of assistance to residents while participating in social/recreational activities to maintain maximum independence.
4. Engage in social interaction with residents at all times.
5. Participate in the implementation of quality assurance programmes within the Wellbeing service in the Care Centre.
Hours of work for a Wellbeing Assistant:
Zero hour contract

Salary for a Wellbeing Assistant:
£11.44 per hour
