Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Temporary - 6 - 9 Months)
Location: Lincolnshire (Multiple Sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm
Rate of Pay: £13.71 per hour (with holiday pay) or £15.19 per hour (rolled-up holiday pay)
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to support our busy cleaning team across 41 sites throughout Lincolnshire. This is a temporary position to provide cover, initially for around 6 months, with the potential for extension.
About the Role
As Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key part in maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out cleaning duties where needed
2. Delivering stock to various sites
3. Conducting site audits and quality checks
4. Keeping records and paperwork up to date
5. Supporting and guiding cleaning staff

What We're Looking For
9. Supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
10. Full UK driving licence
11. Enhanced DBS check (required)
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
13. Comfortable using basic digital tools (tablet/phone) for record keeping
