Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a knack for logistics and coordination? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork are key? Join our dynamic Production & Logistics team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across our European supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the logistics and stores team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
* Booking and tracking transport and courier collections
* Managing export documentation and delivery notes
* Updating ERP systems and internal spreadsheets
* Liaising with transport companies and internal departments
* Maintaining accurate photographic dispatch records
* Ensuring compliance with shipping and packaging documentation
* Providing cover for logistics coordination when needed
* Producing ad hoc reports and supporting the European Logistics Manager
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
* Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with precision
* Communicative, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise across departments
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Eager to learn, especially ERP systems and warehousing modules
* Detail-focused, with a commitment to accurate record-keeping and compliance
* Courses confirming field education can be beneficial
* Work experience or similar background
