Link3 Recruitment is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to work across EYFS in welcoming and supportive primary schools in Loughborough and surrounding areas.

The Role
* Supporting children across EYFS (Nursery & Reception)
* Working 1:1, in small groups, or as general classroom support
* Assisting with phonics, early learning activities, and child development
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Working collaboratively with class teachers and EYFS teams
Requirements
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
* Previous EYFS experience in a nursery or primary school setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
* A caring, proactive, and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
