We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic nurse who can meet the requirements of the post: CTAC & Vaccination Staff Nurse, as detailed in the job description.
The post holder will work within the community treatment and care team & vaccination team in Helensburgh.
They will be expected to deliver nursing care in accordance with the new GP contract terms.
The post holder will be part of the extended Primary Care team and will collaborate with GP Practices, Community Nursing teams, and other AHPs to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
This role requires excellent time management skills, adaptability, and a desire to provide holistic care for a wide variety of patients. Experience in wound care, phlebotomy, ear irrigation, cervical cytology, vaccinations, and diagnostics such as ECG/ABPM would be desirable, but training will be provided to the appropriate candidate.
Applicants should be nurses registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
You should have skills and experience to work within a community setting, delivering high standards of care and working as part of a multi-professional team.
Flexibility, excellent communication skills, adaptability to change, and evidence of continuing personal development are essential.
