Overview
Be part of a collaborative team that provides essential administrative support to Pobl Group’s Compliance services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the compliance department, covering Property Compliance, Service Contracts, and Estates and Environmental services, all while prioritising excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Data processing and review of property‑related data in compliance and asset management databases and systems.
* Effective communication with customers and stakeholders to support the compliance department.
Qualifications
* Track record of delivering effective administrative and service support in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong grasp of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience in a social housing organisation and an understanding of building maintenance and compliance standards is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
* Salary: £25,034 for a 37‑hour full‑time permanent position.
* 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after each full year of service.
* Pension: Defined Contribution scheme with matched contributions up to 10%.
* Hybrid role – team meet‑ups typically held at the Newport office.
* Basic DBS check, life cover linked to pension, savings scheme, and tax‑efficient charity donation scheme.
