We are looking for Relief Housing Support Workers (Casual) to provide flexible, on-demand support to our experienced housing teams. This role is ideal if you are looking for flexible work, varied shifts, or experience within homelessness and supported housing services.
As a Relief Housing Support Worker, you will:
• Support residents on a person-centred basis, in line with individual support plans
• Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for residents
• Assist with day-to-day housing management tasks
• Help maintain a safe, supportive and welcoming environment
• Work alongside permanent staff to ensure continuity of care and support
Shifts may be offered any day of the week, including weekends, between 9am and 9pm, depending on service need.
We are looking for people who:
• Are compassionate, reliable and motivated to support vulnerable adults
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work flexibly and adapt to different services and teams
• Share our values of strength-based, person-centred support
• Previous experience in housing, support work or social care is desirable but not essential – we welcome applicants who are keen to learn and make a positive difference.
