Our client is looking for a proactive and personable Park Sales & Site Manager to become the main on-site presence at their residential caravan park. This is a varied role combining sales, customer interaction, and park presentation, perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with responsibility. The successful candidate will focus on selling 20 available residential caravans, while also introducing potential buyers to off-plan opportunities at a brand-new holiday park development just 5 miles away. With a strong commission structure and a 4-day working week, this role offers excellent earning potential and a great work-life balance. Your role will include, Promoting and selling available caravans on the residential park Introducing prospective buyers to off-plan opportunities at a nearby holiday park development Conducting park tours and caravan viewings with potential customers Acting as the main point of contact for visitors and enquiries on-site Delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience Ensuring the park is clean, tidy and well presented at all times Carrying out basic grounds maintenance including grass cutting and general upkeep Taking pride in maintaining the park environment as the main on-site representative Managing customer enquiries and supporting buyers through the sales journey This role will suit someone who: Has strong communication and sales ability Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently Enjoys a hands-on role including outdoor tasks Is organised, reliable and professional in their approach Takes pride in maintaining a high standard of presentation Working Pattern 4 days per week - Friday, Saturday, Sunday plus one weekday (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). potential candidate can stay 5 miles at our sister park in their own accommodation.
