Job Title: Technical Services Manager
Department: Engineering / Technical Services
Reports To: General Manager
Job Purpose
The Technical Services Manager is responsible for leading the Technical Services Department to ensure engineering documentation, work packages, and technical records comply with EASA Part-145 regulations, the company MOE, and Part CAMO requirements. The role ensures accurate and timely delivery of documentation to support safe and efficient maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the Technical Services team, including workload distribution and performance management.
* Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of engineering work packages and release documentation .
* Oversee material requisitions to support maintenance operations.
* Maintain and update technical publications and maintenance documentation in line with OEM revisions.
* Monitor communication with customers to ensure high service standards .
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.
* Supervise technical records and Part-145 work reports .
* Support operations by acting as a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) when required.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements .
* Participate in management meetings and safety forums .
Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in engineering or technical discipline (preferred).
* Experience in aviation maintenance or technical services management .
* Good knowledge of EASA Part-145 and CAMO requirements .
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills .
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel .
