Your responsibilities as Front of House and Social Media Assistant
* Deliver a seamless front:of:house experience from arrival to departure
* Maintain a pristine reception and waiting area, reflecting a luxury standard at all times
* Manage bookings, emails and client records with accuracy and discretion
* Post and schedule pre-approved content across social media channels
* Support CRM activity including newsletters, reminders and email campaigns
* Encourage client reviews and contribute to service-led revenue opportunities
What were looking for in a Front of House and Social Media Assistant
* Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, aesthetics or similar environment
* Experience handling client bookings, admin systems or reception-based duties
* Familiarity with social media platforms and posting content in a brand-conscious way
* Exposure to CRM systems such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar tools
* Strong understanding of maintaining high presentation and service standards
Working hours: Monday:Friday, 9:30am:6:30pm
