Electrical Building Services Design Engineer | London | Consultancy Role with Client-Facing Focus
A growing and forward-thinking building services consultancy is seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Design Engineer to join its dynamic team in London. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited to a technically strong, motivated professional with a passion for electrical design across diverse sectors.
You will play a key role in delivering innovative and compliant electrical designs for residential, educational, commercial, and healthcare projectscovering all RIBA stages from early concept through to completion. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their projects from design to handover.
Your Role Will Include:
1. Designing and developing electrical building services solutions from RIBA Stages 1 to 4
2. Overseeing and managing projects during RIBA Stages 5 and 6, ensuring technical and delivery excellence
3. Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to interpret requirements and present solutions
4. Preparing clear and detailed reports, specifications, and technical documents
5. Conducting site visits and inspections, providing project oversight and guidance through to completion
