Client Service Executive - Global Services

In this role you will provide Account Management Services to Global Accounts incoming to Chubb UK from our Worldwide Multinational network. You will be responsible for the issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewal and new business, endorsements and associated administrative within Chubb’s agreed standards across by adopting the 'right first time' principle (100% data quality checking prior to issuance & booking).
The role also involves working closely with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders where required.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines
2. Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties, become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts
3. Supporting Chubb’s business development and client relationship activities.
4. Account handling and supporting Global Client Service Executive’s and Underwriters on relevant account/activities
5. Assist where required with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department
6. Make sure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
7. To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards
8. Working experience within the Insurance Industry required
9. Previous experience in an underwriting support role will be looked upon favourably
10. Ideally some experience of servicing multinational insurance programmes, but not essential
11. Chartered Insurance Institute – Insurance Certificate is desirable
12. Higher/A-Levels Standard or equivalent is desirable
13. Ideal candidate will have a meticulous approach to their work, ability to problem solve and possess strong communication skills, competent in Microsoft Office
