Responsibilities
* Prepare pre-qualification and supplier questionnaire responses.
* Review and interpret tender documents to fully understand requirements.
* Draft clear, tailored bid content and collate supporting evidence.
* Research and gather information from internal experts to enhance written responses.
* Produce project case studies, team CVs and technical content for bids.
* Maintain and update bid library content.
* Support the development of answer plans and tender overviews.
* Participate in bid reviews and strengthen content based on feedback.
* Manage time effectively to meet review and submission deadlines.
* Handle portal queries, clarifications and document uploads.
* Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement.
* Proofread and format bid content to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Manage low-complexity bids with support from the bid management team.
Qualifications
* Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bid Writer or Bid Coordinator.
* Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
* Understanding of the bid lifecycle, tender processes and document management.
* Able to analyse information and communicate clearly and succinctly.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and workloads.
* Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
* Proactive, eager to learn and committed to continuous improvement.
* Understanding of HSEQ requirements and the importance of accuracy and compliance.
