Temporary Leasing Support – Manchester – £15 to £18 Per Hour DOE
My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, is currently seeking a customer service professional on a temporary basis to provide onsite lettings support for a build-to-rent residential development in Manchester on a rolling contract until September.
This role is suitable for a confident, well-spoken individual who can assist with viewings, inventory support, and lettings administration.
Property experience is preferred but not essential; experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration is also considered.
Responsibilities include:
* Keeping systems up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data
* Maintaining high presentation standards for available apartments, including regular inspections and liaising with cleaning staff
* Meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental offers
* Completing applicant vetting and new let paperwork
* Assisting with inventories and general lettings administration
* Preparing arrival packs and ensuring keys are ready for tenant move-ins
* Fostering a community atmosphere through communication, events, and innovations
* Providing excellent customer service to residents and applicants

Salary: £15 to £18 per hour, depending on experience
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with flexibility required (around 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)
