As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and supported to develop your skills in sourcing, placing, and managing professionals across a variety of disciplines. Initially, you will play a key role in filling both permanent and contract roles. Upon successful pass of probation, you may be offered the opportunity to build your own client base, using a 360 model. Key Responsibilities * Learn and apply the full recruitment lifecycle. * Advertise roles, screen candidates and arrange interviews. * Manage job vacancies and match suitable candidates to client requirements. * Build strong relationships with a variety of candidates. * Negotiate offers for both permanent and contract placements. * Work towards personal KPIs and team sales targets.
