Location: Sheffield
Pay rate: £95 - £105 per day
Start date: September
Full Time hours - term time only

The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, helping them achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support that enhances learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Use specialized strategies and resources to support learning
* Promote the social and emotional well-being of students
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND
* Strong understanding of various special educational needs and disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
