Are you a passionate early years professional ready for your next challenge? At The CherryField Day Nursery, we’re looking for a dedicated and inspiring Deputy Manager to join the team for one year and then afterwards become a field deputy manager to help lead our vibrant, nurturing settings where children thrive and staff feel truly valued.
The nursery is purpose-built, bright and welcoming to staff and children, we have our own car park on site and within walking distance of Epsom train station.

*Your Role as Deputy Manager:
As a key leader in our nursery, you’ll:
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every child, parent, and team member
Support the delivery of outstanding EYFS practice across all rooms
Step up as a role model, mentor, and motivator for your colleagues
Help drive continuous improvement and prepare for Ofsted inspections
Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential
~ Leadership experience in an early years setting – essential
~1+ year in Early Years – essential
~ Experience achieving Good or Outstanding in Ofsted – desirable
