Day to day, you will: Provide clear, professional maintenance advice to landlords and tenants Efficiently manage property maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with procedures Maintain and update the key register and contractor database Coordinate with lettings offices on pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy requirements About You: We’re looking for someone who brings energy, organisation and a customer-first approach.
