Position at DNEG
The Visual Effects Producer is at the heart of production and is responsible for managing all aspects of a show, liaising with the client throughout.
Responsible for the efficient running of the production, you will report directly on the progress of the visual effects work each week to both the client and the Head of Production. A key part of your role involves working closely with the Visual Effects Supervisor to bid for work, and collaborating with the Facility Resource Manager to plan and schedule resources to meet the project's needs.
As the driving force of your team, you will actively plan their daily tasks, ensure they are supported by facility departments when required, and motivate them to work closely and confidently to ensure the work progresses to the client's satisfaction.
Must Have
* Proven production experience as a VFX Producer on high-end, large-scale VFX feature films.
* 10+ years of experience in VFX.
* Excellent scheduling experience using Shotgrid.
* Proven project management experience.
* Expertise in building effective working relationships and communicating with clients.
* High-level knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
