About the role
The Change Manager will be an integral part of the Change Management Office who support the business through change and create change culture. Ideally with experience of the implementation of an a new ERP platform (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle), transitioning from multiple legacy systems into one platform.
The role will include using change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increasing adoption and to support the delivery of measurable value.
1. A key member of programme and project teams to provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle on change management activity
2. Create Change Management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects
3. Act as a consultant for change management activities within business led change
4. Completion of change management documentation in line with the framework, these can include and not limited to stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication plan, training plan
5. Stakeholder management of project teams, business and senior leadership
6. Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communications
7. Understand the change impact to the ways of working in the business
8. Build knowledge and ability of the change in the business by informing training plans and support
9. Assist with reinforcing and embedding change in the business to realise the intended benefits
10. Coach change management practices within the team and business
What we are looking for
11. Ideally Prosci qualified or equivalent
12. Experience of delivering change in professional services
13. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
