BESS Engineer
Up to £45,000 About the company We're looking for a BESS Engineer to join a well-established, growing energy solutions business.
This is a hands-on role with both workshop and national field-based work.
You will be playing a key role in the expansion of the organisation, focusing on repairs, fault-diagnosis and reactive call-outs across Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators.

- 2 years hands-on experience on Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators Preferred: NVQ in Plant Maintenance / Electrical Engineer qualifications Must be flexible with national call-outs and staying away from home when required Experienced with Victron Systems Experienced with fault-finding and repairs Strong understanding of Electrical principles and practices Knowledge of System design principles and methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues Great communication skills
