We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Packers to join a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team in Fareham. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and like being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.
What you’ll be doing
As a Warehouse Packer, you’ll play a key role in making sure customer orders are prepared to a high standard and dispatched on time. Your duties will include:
Picking and packing fan products in line with packing guidelines
Preparing orders accurately to meet customer requirements
Labelling products correctly and completing basic documentation
Using basic warehouse equipment safely
Ensuring all items are packed securely and meet quality standards
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Meeting daily productivity targets
Reporting any stock shortages or issues to the Warehouse Manager
Supporting other departments within the factory when required
What we’re looking for
You don’t need extensive experience — full training will be provided. We’re looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and keen to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work accurately within timeframes
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not essential
Working hours
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
