We're looking for a versatile Plumber & GeneralMaintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our park’s facilities intop shape! From plumbing repairs to general upkeep, your expertise will helpensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.KeyResponsibilities- Carryout inspections, plumbing, general maintenance repairs across holiday homes andpark facilities.- Promptlydiagnose and resolve plumbing issues, both routine and urgent to ensureeverything remains safe, functional, and guest-ready.- Respondto general maintenance requests from guests, owners, or team in a friendly andprofessional manner.-Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to maintain safety andperformance.- Workcollaboratively with the wider maintenance team to deliver high-quality serviceacross the park.- Maintainaccurate records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements- Fullyqualified Plumber (City & Guilds Level 1 or equivalent) with provenexperience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.- Practicalexperience in general maintenance is essential.- Previousexperience working in a holiday park or similar setting is a bonus.- Excellentproblem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of ateam.- Strongawareness of health and safety regulations and commitment to a safe workingenvironment.- FullUK Driving License essential.
