Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth; as well as identifying new sales leads and opportunities. We are seeking to appoint someone by late Feb.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
* Identify, market and execute new business opportunities.
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process.
* Manage inbound and outbound leads.
* Reporting direct to our CEO
* Create engaging marketing content including social posts and assist with website updates.
* Track marketing analytics, providing insights on engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
* Manage and grow our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
* Manage relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and personalised engagement strategies.
* Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, analysing data to optimise future initiatives.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or marketing business roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
* Highly organised with strong project and time management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Strong communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
* A proactive attitude with a passion for innovative sales & marketing solutions.
* Social Media Management and content creation skills
* Digital Marketing and Event Planning skills
Part time would be considered for the right candidate.
