This is an amazing forward-thinking and smart restaurant group, looking for a talented head chef to work under the guidance of an executive with 2-star Michelin experience. Your role will be to run the kitchen and oversee the re-branding of a smart gastropub into more of a refined restaurant.
You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients at the highest level with a team of 4/5 chefs
There is room to grow into menu development in this stunning site.
Your role will be to help train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the restaurant.
