As an experienced veterinary surgeon and leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of overall clinic performance. This includes clinical, financial and people perspectives. \nYou understand and are passionate about the aims and model of Creature Comforts and always promote these to your team and clients.
Within this framework you will have autonomy to lead the clinic. \nYou will be supported and guided by the leadership within Creature Comforts. You will directly line manage, support, and develop the vet team, the nursing director, and the practice director.\n Job requirements \n Clinical Excellence \n Ensure the highest standards of clinical care to your patients through good leadership and team engagement.
\n Business Performance \n Direct and promote membership and client acquisition. \n Direct the clinic strategy on a local level and oversee critical areas (HR, recruitment, health & safety, marketing, client care)\n Budget planning and financial delivery \n Leadership of the practice and the vet team \n Excellent veterinary leadership \n Direct the practice team - Practice Director, Nursing Director, and vet team. \n Wellbeing \n Be an advocate for Creature Comforts in the veterinary industry and beyond.
