If so, then Boeing UK is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our bespoke ‘Boeing Aircraft Maintenance Technician Pathway Route to Aero Programme’. This 15-month programme, starting early January 2025, aims to develop highly motivated individuals into professional Aircraft Maintainers and support a world-class engineering maintenance operation across various UK sites.

Boeing UK offers aircraft maintenance services to commercial and defense sectors. During this programme, successful candidates will gain practical experience maintaining aircraft on rotary platforms, including Chinook and Apache, located at RAF Odiham and/or AAC Middle Wallop, requiring flexibility to travel and work in different locations.
The selected candidates will study towards Level 2 Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance and Level 2 Aviation Maintenance Mechanic Qualification, along with other specialist training. Training will cover all disciplines of rotary aircraft maintenance: airframe, propulsion, and avionics.
Tasks you will carry out:
* Perform routine scheduled aircraft maintenance.
* Perform unscheduled defect rectification.
* Perform aircraft modifications.
* Use and follow approved maintenance documentation.
* Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Work to given time scales.
* Collaborate with skilled engineers to gain knowledge and training.
* Respond quickly to changing demands during work.

Entry Level Requirements
