The Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Construction & Engineering Disputes Associate to join a highly regarded Litigation team in London.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Advising clients on construction and engineering disputes across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, commercial developments, and residential projects.
2. Drafting correspondence, advice notes, pleadings, and submissions in litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings.
3. Working closely with clients' technical and commercial teams to develop case strategies.
4. Liaising with expert witnesses, barristers, and consultants to provide comprehensive legal support.
5. Assisting with business development initiatives to enhance the team's market presence.
The Ideal Candidate:
6. 3-5 years' PQE with experience in construction and engineering disputes.
7. Strong academic background and technical legal skills.
