Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Experience: 2+ PQE

Oculus Legal Group is partnering with a highly regarded, multi-office regional law firm with ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation across the region. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their Residential Property team with the addition of a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation related to residential conveyancing.
* Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and colleagues.
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
