Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities, supporting events, managing social media and digital campaigns, and coordinating with external agencies. The role requires organization, creativity, and a strong understanding of the F&B industry, with a focus on the London dining scene.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating content briefs for marketing activations
2. Developing a localized marketing calendar
3. Supporting restaurant activations and private dining events
4. Overseeing social media and digital campaigns
5. Maintaining communication with brand and operation teams
6. Developing brand collaterals and maintaining brand voice
7. Responding to guest messages across platforms
8. Managing external agencies and digital content creation
9. Coordinating photoshoots and videoshoots
10. Reporting on marketing activities monthly
11. Ensuring brand standards are met
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within F&B
* Proficiency in the local language
* Hospitality/F&B background with knowledge of London's scene
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Experience with content creation, digital marketing, and external agencies
* Educational background in marketing preferred
* Skills in social media, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva
