We're proud to be the market leader, with exceptional brand recognition and more 5-star Trustpilot reviews than any of our competitors.At Pure, our values guide everything we do:Care Deeply – about our customers and each otherTake Accountability – for every action we takeNever Settle – for second bestThe RoleThe Ashes Delivery Specialist is essential to ensuring cremated remains are returned to families in a respectful, dignified and compassionate way, in line with agreed service standards.You will act as a brand ambassador for Pure Cremation, delivering outstanding customer service and representing the company with professionalism, empathy and integrity at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesArrange and deliver ashes and jewellery to families in a respectful and empathetic manner.Maintain regular communication with recipients, keeping them informed of arrival times and commitments.Keep accurate records using QR codes, CRM systems and the Body Tracking Application.Provide feedback to management to support continuous service improvement.Ensure compliance with company procedures, data protection and health & safety requirements.Maintain your vehicle and equipment to the highest standards.Represent Pure Cremation positively when interacting with families, colleagues and external stakeholders.About YouWe're looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy and emotional intelligence.You will ideally have:A caring, patient and resilient natureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA flexible, positive and customer-focused approachA full UK driving licenceThe ability to work in a role that can be emotionally and physically demandingPrevious experience is not essential – full training will be provided.What We Offer30 days holiday (plus bank holidays)Company pensionHealth cash planCycle to work schemeGym discountA supportive, inclusive and values-driven cultureOpportunities to grow and progress within a rapidly expanding organisationComprehensive training and developmentRecruitment ProcessWe will review applications as they are received and may close the advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable candidates.
