Finance Manager Experience Essentials
14. Professional finance qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA or equivalent - either fully qualified, or part-qualified, with solid hands-on finance experience
15. Proven management experience in finance, with a track record of leading teams and processes effectively.
16. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, VAT, corporation tax, and budgeting.
17. Experience with accountancy tools such as Sage, Yardi Voyager, Employment Hero, and Barclays Payments or similar.
18. Familiarity with system migrations, automation, and process enhancements.
