As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone. This field-based role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability through Hilti Tools and Software.

* You will be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic sales and account management of your territory.
* Driving to customers in your designated region Monday‑Friday, building relationships and expanding business by understanding customer needs and providing them with Hilti solutions.
* Demonstrating our innovative tools and state‑of‑the‑art software to customers.
* Utilising the best‑in‑class Salesforce CRM system.
* Working towards defined sales targets in your region.

What you need
* Full, manual UK driving license and willingness to travel; you will make site visits to engage with customers Monday to Friday.
* No more than six points on your driving licence.
* Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. Note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for Account Manager roles due to the minimum salary thresholds.
Your experience and skills
* Proven sales account manager or other sales experience, gained in any industry.
* Applicants from an engineering, construction or technical background are especially encouraged.
* Solution‑oriented approach, uncovering customer pain points and needs to provide the best‑suited solutions.
* Commitment to Hilti values – commitment, teamwork, courage and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability; comfortable meeting all customer levels, from site operators to managing directors.
* Drive, curiosity and a motivated approach to success and overcoming challenges; passion to learn, develop and grow.
