Join us as a Shop Manager and you'll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers across in‑shop, delivery, Click & Collect and drive‑through channels.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
* Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement
* Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
* Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers
* Ensure the shop is clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming
Qualifications
Deliver a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, with lots of experience delivering excellent customer service in a food‑on‑the‑go environment or within retail.
