Skills & Experience
* 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing in either a corporate setting or in a freelance capacity
* Excellent communication skills
* A self-motivated, driven individual looking for a career change
* A lifelong learner passionate about fostering personal growth and development
Responsibilities
* Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
* Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms, with training and support provided
* Learn and apply lead generation techniques
* Conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
* Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
