What you'll do:
Working as part of the Retail Team, you will ensure an exceptional customer service experience, whilst achieving a sales target. You will deliver exemplary standards of presentation and merchandising within the Palace Shop. You will support the delivery of the Retail strategy.

* Excellent standard of communication and numerical skills
* Good understanding of retail specific technology
* Customer service
* Ability to maintain and develop personal performance
* Ability to establish professional relationships across a range of departments
* Flexible to work variable days/hours on a rota which covers 364 days a year including weekends and bank holidays
* Flexible to work evenings shifts during November and December
* Approachable, proactive, honest, reliable and committed
* High standard of personal presentation
